Wait-list Selection:

Applicants are selected per preference(s) we are committed to first accommodating elderly 62 or older, and disabled persons. Preferences are:

• Elderly 62 or older
• Near elderly 55-61
• Disabled
• Displaced
• Applicants without preferences will be selected based on date and time.
